Sus puntos están construidos sobre la teoría de que la radio es un medio importante dentro de los sistemas masivos de comunicación desde su creación oficial en 1920 y cuyo uso por parte de la Iglesia data desde 1925. Para Radio María España, de manera particular, se indica un periodo de 11 años de existencia en el país, en donde ha cumplido cabalmente con la filosofía y objetivo fundacional como es: la evangelización de los pueblos por parte de la Iglesia Católica".
