Con base al estado del arte, se evidencia importante en vincular la tecnología con eventos de emergencia y contribuir con la calidad de vida del ciudadano. De los desarrollos implementados actualmente, se ve la necesidad de complementar el reporte de siniestros con una aplicación web móvil que por medio de geolocalización facilite reportar una emergencia al usuario. En este trabajo se propone el desarrollo de un aplicativo donde se utiliza el ciclo de vida iterativo incremental y se integra la metodología de desarrollo ágil Kanban, además el framework web Next.js y una base de datos noSQL utilizando MongoDB, así lograr el reporte de siniestros de forma ágil ante los entes estatales pertinentes. Se espera que al reportar en tiempo real, se pueda tener una conexión rápida entre algunos entes estatales y el ciudadano para que esos organismos puedan reaccionar más rapido ante las emergencias. Se busca con ello contriubir la calidad de vida de vida de los ciudadanos de Pereira. /Abstract: In Risaralda, emergencies are interpreted in multiple claims and each of these is addressed with respect to the citizen's need. Based on the state of the art, it is important to link technology with emergency events and contribute to the quality of life of citizens. From the current developments implemented, there is a need to complement the reporting of accidents with a mobile web application that, by means of geolocation, facilitates the reporting of an emergency to the user. In the present work we propose the development of an application where the incremental iterative life cycle is used and the agile development methodology Kanban is integrated, as well as the web framework Next.js and a noSQL database using MongoDB in order to achieve the agile reporting of claims to the relevant state entities. It expects that by reporting in real time, a fast connection can be made between some state bodies and the citizen so that these bodies can react more quickly to emergencies.
