El siguiente trabajo tiene como problemática central la falta de aprovechamiento turístico y económico de Balboa. Municipio que cuenta con un amplio potencial, el cual no es aprovechado, generando problemáticas como la migración constante de sus pobladores hacía otros municipios por la falta de oportunidades. El objetivo principal de este estudio, busca potenciar turística y económicamente este municipio, por medio de un museo de la memoria que tenga múltiples actividades enfocadas hacía el beneficio de la comunidad, que permita potenciar el desarrollo cultural, social y económico del parque regional Alto del Rey, para lo cual se buscó recolectar y sistematizar la información (planimetría, grafica, equipamientos, económico-político, demográfica, normativa, geográfica, ambiental, paisajística, infraestructura, espacio público y arquitectura) para el estudio previo del territorio; como analizar la información .documental y el territorio rural a partir de los atributos y dinámicas de los corregimientos y veredas. Definir estrategias de reconocimiento para la intervención en el territorio de forma integral y generar estrategias que permitan el desarrollo de equipamientos e infraestructuras que se apoyen entre sí para el buen desarrollo del municipio y posteriormente de la región La metodología usada en esta investigación es de tipo exploratoria, debido a que se optó por hacer trabajos de campo para la recopilación de fotos e información pertinente para la elaboración de la cartografía y gráficos que permitan analizar el territorio para posteriormente proponer los equipamientos rurales. El territorio rural es algo complejo, con muchas características, por tanto, su arquitectura resulta ser muy diferente a la urbana, por lo cual se hace indispensable la relación directa con las comunidades, entendiendo sus necesidades, para poder que se apropien de los proyectos. Abstract: Nowadays, the architecture of Laredo is characterized by the combination of styles and typologies that enrich the artificial landscape. The following work has as a central problem the lack of tourist and economic advantage of Balboa. Municipality that has a wide potential, which is not used, generating problems such as the constant migration of its inhabitants to other municipalities due to the lack of opportunities. The main objective of this study, seeks to promote tourism and economically in this municipality, through a museum of memory that has multiple activities focused on the benefit of the community, allowing to enhance the cultural, social and economic development of the Alto del Rey, for which it was sought to collect and systematize the information (planimetry, graphic, equipment, economic-political, demographic, normative, geographical, environmental, landscape, infrastructure, public space and architecture) for the preliminary study of the territory; how to analyze the documentary information and the rural territory from the attributes and dynamics of the corregimientos and sidewalks.
