Medina Londoño, Stefany2021-07-27T22:38:10Z2021-07-27T22:38:10Z2021-07-05https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/df143d1b-046b-430a-9db3-80682baf28fbMonografía (Arquitectura) Facultad de arquitectura y diseño, Pereira, 2021El sector de la comuna Olímpica como el sector centro de la ciudad de Pereira, requieren un diagnóstico y posterior propuesta de intervención, que posibilite la adecuación a nivel normativo, técnico y espacial de los equipamientos deportivos, al igual que la estructura urbana integral en la que se emplazan, además del planteamiento de unas unidades de vivienda complementarias, lo cual le permite a la ciudad soportar las actividades que conciernen a los juegos nacionales que se llevarán a cabo en el año 2023, así como la contribución a la mejora de la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos posterior a dicho evento, ya que fomentará la consolidación, el crecimiento y desarrollo de las dinámicas deportivas de su población. Se deberá implementar un plan que integre las actividades que se desarrollan dentro y fuera de las instalaciones, que vincule no sólo a los deportistas, sino también a los espectadores, personal técnico y administrativo como a los habitantes del sector. ABSTRACT: The sector of the Olympic commune, as well as the downtown of Pereira, requires a diagnosis and subsequently an intervention proposal which makes it possible to adapt the sports facilities at a regulatory, technical and spatial level.
