Dicho esto, la vivienda emergente es aquella que nace a partir de una condición física y/o social que posee un territorio, en este caso particular existen ambas condiciones en el proyecto, la condición física es el riesgo que existe por el fenómeno de remoción en masa y la condición social son las dinámicas agrícolas preexistentes en el territorio, por ende, se plantea un módulo de vivienda agro urbano que mitigue la condición de riesgo y permita potencializar las dinámicas sociales preexistentes. Abstract: The purpose of the emerging housing grade project on the mountain slope is to mitigate the risk condition of the population that inhabits the mountain slope sector of Samaria II that adjoins Villa Verde. That said, emerging housing is one that is born from a physical and/or social condition that a territory possesses, in this particular case there are both conditions in the project, the physical condition is the risk that exists due to the phenomenon of removal in The mass and the social condition are the pre-existing agricultural dynamics in the territory, therefore, an agro-urban housing module is proposed that mitigates the risk condition and allows to potentiate the pre-existing social dynamics.Universidad Católica del Pereira.
