Son precisamente, estas expresiones agresivas las que hacen interrogante sobre la necesidad humana de recurrir a la violencia, lo cual, dirige a un segundo interrogante, el ¿cómo evitarla? Tal punto, fue pensada por Albert Einstein y Sigmund Freud bajo la pregunta ¿Por qué la guerra? Quienes al dar una comprensión, realizan un discernimiento social y subjetivo a partir del contexto de su época, dando luces para pensar un posible aporte a esta pregunta desde el concepto lacaniano de goce, a partir del cual se hace una conjetura sobre la garantía de paz que tiene el pacto simbólico entre el Estado colombiano y las FARC-EP, reflexionando las alternativas expuesta por los autores sobre las posibilidades y dificultades de poner límite al acto violento, considerado como modo de satisfacción. Abstract: The violence resulting from the armed conflict that has occurred in Colombia, together with a history of failed acts in the search for peace, leaves in question the commitment of governments and the illegitimate armed groups to achieve this purpose, since agreements are usually disturbed by one or several actors from the conflict, generating the return of aggressive expressions, whether in defense or obtaining power. It is precisely these aggressive expressions that raise the question of the human need to resort to violence, which leads to a second question, how to avoid it? Such a point, was thought up by Albert Einstein and Sigmund Freud under the question ¿Why the war? Those who when giving an understanding, make a social and subjective discernment from the context of their time, giving light to think about a possible contribution to this question from the Lacanian concept of jouissance, from which a conjecture is made about the guarantee of peace that has the symbolic pact between the Colombian State and the FARC-EP, reflecting on the alternatives exposed by the authors on the possibilities and difficulties of putting limit to the violent act, considered as a way of satisfaction.Universidad Católica de pereira.
