La pregunta surge de querer comprender el término amor cuando el apóstol en su carta le pone tantos adjetivos para indicar que este amor no es un amor cualquiera sino un amor especial. En este ejercicio investigativo se evidencia la diferencia de tres conceptos que aparecen en la biblia para hablar de amor. El primer término phileo, que se usa para hablar de un amor de amistad, el segundo término es eros para hablar del amor erótico, y el tercero, el ágape para hablar del amor de Dios que es el que va a utilizar el apóstol Pablo en su carta a los corintios. El diseño metodológico se sustenta desde la investigación de tipo hermenéutico desde un acercamiento contextual de las teorías existentes acerca del tema con un apoyo en las sagradas escrituras y reflexión personal a partir de todos los estudios bíblicos que he realizado.The title of this work is "the concept of love in the first letter to the Corinthians chapter thirteen." The question arises from wanting to understand the term love when the apostle in his letter uses so many adjectives to indicate that this love is not just any love but a special love. In this investigative exercise, the difference between three concepts that appear in the Bible to talk about love is evident. The first term phileo, which is used to talk about a love of friendship, the second term is eros to talk about erotic love, and the third, agape to talk about the love of God, which is what the apostle Paul will use in his letter to the Corinthians.
