Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.Este artículo se desarrolla a partir de las observaciones y trabajos de campo basados en encuestas y entrevistas a docentes, estudiantes, padres de familia que forman parte de la Institución Educativa "Santa" Ana de los Caballeros. En este artículo además aparece el conflicto escolar; que está catalogado como uno de los eventos más importantes en las realidades educativas actuales. La relación de los estudiantes y profesores, con la comunidad y la familia que los rodea a menudo trae consecuencias violentas. Este artículo enfatiza el conflicto en el espacio constructivo ya que se considera positivo y valora las estrategias de gestión de prevención y solución para evitar la transformación de conflictos en la violencia física, moral y psicológica. Los docentes de la Institución Educativa "Santa Ana de los Caballeros" no encuentran métodos relevantes o efectivos para resolver conflictos que ocurren en la institución. El objetivo principal de cualquier comunidad educativa es encontrar nuevas perspectivas para niños y adolescentes en este mundo contemporáneo. Se cree que las principales dificultades que atraviesa la Institución Educativa “Santa Ana de los Caballeros", se deben a la indisciplina y violencia. 1. Esto se refleja en la falta de cultura de la vida escolar. 2. Agresividad de algunos estudiantes. 3. Entre estudiantes del mismo grupo.\ Abstract: A case to study summarized in the Educational Institution "Santa Ana de los Caballeros" Ansermanuevo Valle.\ Abstract: This article is developed based on the observations and field work based on surveys and interviews to teachers, students, family parents who are part of the Educational Institution "Santa Ana de los Caballeros”. This article further appears the school conflict. It is listed as one of the most important events in the educational realities nowadays. The relationship of the students and teachers with the surrounding community and family brings often violent consequences. This article emphasizes the conflict in the space of constructive since it is considered positive and values management strategies of prevention and remediation to avoid conflict transformation in physical, moral and psychological violence. Teachers of the Educational Institution "Santa Ana de los Caballeros" do not find relevant or effective methods to resolve conflicts that occurred in the institution. The main objective of any educational community is to contact new perspectives for children and adolescents in this contemporary world. It is thought that the main difficulties that pass the Educational Institution “Santa Ana de los Caballeros” are due to indiscipline and violence. This is reflected in: 1.
