Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010El siguiente trabajo, para desarrollar su planteamiento, parte de una visión global de la producción web 2.0 y todo lo que implica las nuevas tecnologías en la labor diaria del periodismo digital. Este trabajo, tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el manejo de las redes sociales en el canal NTN24 y la forma cómo se ejecutan los procesos de producción periodística en www.ntn24.com El texto presenta tres momentos: el primero, describe los métodos que utilizan los colaboradores del portal para llevar a cabo su ejercicio periodístico; el segundo, analiza los procesos comunicativos que se pueden intervenir y el tercero, plantea unas propuestas que responden a esos ejes intervenidos./Abstract:The following paper, in order to develop its approach, starts in a global vision of the web 2.0 production and all the things that the new technologies bring to the daily work of online and digital journalism. The main objective of this paper is to let others know how the management and work on social networks is done by the channel and the way in which the journalistic production processes are carried out in the website www.ntn24.com. The paper presents three different moments. The first one focuses on the description of the methods that the website collaborators use to practice journalism. The second one analyzes the communicative processes that can be intervened.
