Para dar desarrollo a este proyecto se determinan tres objetivos específicos que hacen parte de una ruta metodológica, para identificar las oportunidades de mercado en el sector turismo y en la región, para determinar las oportunidades de mercado, segundo, busca diseñar la propuesta de valor para ofrecer servicios de servicios de turismo de aventura especializado en el departamento, por último, se hace un proceso de validación de la estructura de diseño, financiera y de mercado para ofrecer servicios de turismo de aventura especializado haciendo una descripción del proceso de cada uno de los servicios.\ Abstract: This project is carried out within the framework of the Design and Innovation Project Management Specialization, which aims to determine a feasibility for the creation of Natural Travel, a company that offers adventure tourism services in Quindío.
