From this perspective, this work must like primary target come near to the conditions of the labor market in Pereira and Dosquebradas, to know if that manual labor thus satisfies the requirements with the industries that are located there and to be able to adapt its structure of operation with the efficiency in its operations in a changing and complex market like the pfesent one. Two specific cases are considered the National Food Producer "PRONAL S.A. La Niña" the located in Cra 16 N° 69-70 in the Romelia Dosquebradas, Risaralda and the company metalmecánico ABB that is located in 16 Cra 15-124 Dosquebradas.Hay muchas variables que las empresas tienen en cuenta cuando toman la decisión de localización, una de ellas son las condiciones del mercado laboral desde su condición de adaptabilidad, flexibilidad y habilidad. Desde esta perspectiva, este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal aproximarse a las condiciones del mercado laboral en Pereira y Dosquebradas, para conocer si esa mano de obra satisface los requerimientos de las industrias que allí se localizan y así poder adecuar su estructura de funcionamiento con la eficiencia en sus operaciones en un mercado cambiante y complejo como el actual. Se consideran dos casos específicos: la Productora Nacional de Alimentos "PRONAL S.A.
