| Summary: | There are many variables that the companies consider when they make the decision from location, one of them are the condition. s of the labor market from their condition of adaptability, flexibility and ability. From this perspective, this work must like primary target come near to the conditions of the labor market in Pereira and Dosquebradas, to know if that manual labor thus satisfies the requirements with the industries that are located there and to be able to adapt its structure of operation with the efficiency in its operations in a changing and complex market like the pfesent one. Two specific cases are considered the National Food Producer "PRONAL S.A. La Niña" the located in Cra 16 N° 69-70 in the Romelia Dosquebradas, Risaralda and the company metalmecánico ABB that is located in 16 Cra 15-124 Dosquebradas. |
