The result was that the temperature relative to the position has a decreasing exponential behavior and in particular shown the results for changes in temperature of 100 ° C according on the position. The data obtained was subjected to standard metrological analysis to express the results with their uncertainties.Con el fin de realizar tratamientos térmicos de materiales en volumen y/o películas delgadas que requieran una alta razón de cambio de temperatura/ unidad de tiempo, se caracterizó un horno tubular de Industrias Terrigeno modelo ESP serie 462, variando la posición del instrumento patrón de temperatura a partir del centro hasta el borde del tubo. Se obtuvo como resultado que la temperatura respecto a la posición tiene un comportamiento exponencial decreciente y en particular se muestran los resultados obtenidos para cambios en la temperatura de 100 °C en función de la posición.
