Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.Las acciones propias de la resiliencia como capacidad humana para afrontar situaciones adversas, permite asumir estados psicológicos pertinentes como es en este caso la enfermedad oncológica. Por esta razón en este trabajo se describen las manifestaciones resilientes en el significado de la enfermedad en paciente oncológico, un estudio cualitativo bajo el método del estudio de casos, como forma para analizar situaciones complejas que permite el entendimiento aprehensivo para describir estados psicológicos. La técnica empleada fue la entrevista semiestructurada individual para la descripción extensiva de la situación y el análisis de la situación en su conjunto, y dentro de su contexto. Los participantes fueron tres personas con diagnóstico de cáncer con edades entre los 30 y 50 años. Se encontró que la resiliencia en el significado de la enfermedad aparece relacionada con el vínculo afectivo de miembros de la familia primaria y/o nuclear, siendo el apoyo social básico para alcanzar o mantener una mejor evolución de la enfermedad y en los comportamientos personales e interpersonales presenta un alto nivel de confianza en sí mismos, una autoestima alta, son más tolerantes y autónomos. / Abstract: The own actions of the resilience as human capacity to face adverse situations, allows to assume pertinent psychological states as it is in this case the oncological disease. For this reason, this paper describes the resilient manifestations in the meaning of the disease in cancer patients, a qualitative study under the case study method, as a way to analyze complex situations that allows the apprehensive understanding to describe psychological states. The technique used was the individual semi-structured interview for the extensive description of the situation and the analysis of the situation as a whole, and within its context. Participants were three people diagnosed with cancer aged between 30 and 50 years.
