Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2019Con una visión acerca de la importancia de la realización del Direccionamiento Estratégico, las PYMES deben adoptar un modelo de planificación que les permita la consecución de sus objetivos y metas a largo plazo. Con la intervención al área administrativa del Almacén y Taller Eduarmuelles, diseñando un plan de Direccionamiento Estratégico a su medida, se pretende incrementar la efectividad en el desarrollo de su proceso administrativo, y aquellos que se benefician directa o indirectamente de su planeación y ejecución, que actualmente se están afectando por las difusas políticas internas administrativas y desarrollo deficiente de sus métodos de trabajo. De acuerdo a lo anterior se sugiere complementarlo con el apoyo de recursos humanos, técnicos y tecnológicos que le ayuden a alcanzar la efectividad deseada. \ Abstract: With a vision about the importance of the implementation of the Strategic Direction, SMEs must adopt a planning model that allows them to achieve their long-term goals and objectives. With the intervention to the administrative area of the Warehouse and Taller Eduarmuelles, designing a plan of Strategic Direction in its measure, it is intended to increase the effectiveness in the development of its administrative process, and those that benefit directly or indirectly from its planning and execution, which they are currently being affected by diffuse internal administrative policies and poor development of their work methods.
