Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2013En el siguiente trabajo se podrán observar la fase de análisis, argumentación y desarrollo de un centro técnico superior en el cual se tienen en cuenta factores bioclimáticos para hacer el proyecto autosustentable. Tomando bases conceptuales acordes al término que precisa al conocimiento y la educación se ha consolidado un concepto para la elaboración de este proyecto el cual fue adoptado de forma analógica sobre la evolución del conocimiento a lo largo de la historia, Siendo así, hemos adjuntado un término más teniendo en cuenta los análisis que anteriormente se realizaron sobre el terreno a trabajar; trayendo así los vocablos Contexto y Entorno, términos que, según criterios personales fue el apropiado para llevar a cabo la idea proyectual, teniendo como objetivos la correlación de ambos términos de forma clara precisa y ordenada para que el proyecto tenga bases puntuales de donde vino y hacia donde se quiso lograr finiquitarlo. Este proyecto nace de querer relacionar una terminología extensa con un punto preciso, me explico. El vocablo conocimiento trae consigo una multitudinaria línea de tiempo casi incontable y dado que siempre en todos los procesos que conlleva la vida del ser humano ha adquirido aprendizaje o conocimiento de forma a priori o a posteriori, lo cual denota un sinfín de procesos. Ahora bien, El contexto y entorno dos términos ineludibles en un asunto arquitectónico de donde parte el diseño y donde al finalizar el proceso todo reposara de buena manera o no siendo la forma adecuada. Este centro técnico superior de aprendizaje se desarrolla correlacionando e investigando ambas terminologías con su propuesta volumétrica y de implantación con caracteres teóricos propiamente insinuados con cada línea de diseño, se insinúa con sus pliegues reconociendo el lugar integrando los espacios que otorga con su volumetría por medio de visuales terrazas etc... Integra ambos términos trayendo consigo el verde del exterior a esos patios que acompañaran la edificación. Generando espacios con la mayor calidad de confort y tranquilidad dado que su entorno así lo sugiere. / Abstract: he following work will see the analysis phase , argumentation and development of a superior technical center in which bioclimatic factors into account to make the project self-sustaining . Taking chords at the end that requires knowledge and education has established a concept for the development of this project which was adopted in analog form on the evolution of knowledge throughout history, being so, conceptual foundations we have added a term especially taking into account the analysis previously performed field work , thus bringing the Context words and Environment , terms which, according to personal criteria was appropriate to carry out the design idea , having as objectives the correlation of both terms clearly accurate and orderly to make the project specific basis where it came from and where it wanted to achieve that nailed . This project was to want to relate an extensive terminology with a precise point , I mean . The word knowledge brings a massive line almost countless time and since all processes always involved in human life learning or knowledge acquired so a priori or a posteriori , which denotes endless processes. However, the context and setting two inescapable terms in a case where part architectural design and at the end of the process where all rest for a good way or not being properly. This superior technical center develops learning and researching correlating both terminologies with volumetric proposal and implementation with theoretical insinuated itself with characters each line design , with its folds insinuates recognizing the place that grants spaces integrating with its volume by visual terraces etc. ... Integra both terms of bringing green courtyards outside these accompany the building.
