Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente escrito expone un proyecto de planificación para la zona urbana de la ciudad de Pereira, realizado en la optativa “planificación de proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad” . El proceso de análisis, diagnóstico y propuesta se realiza bajo un proceso metodológico que concibe e interviene la ciudad desde los ámbitos generales a los particulares, iniciando con un análisis histórico urbano desde la mirada de diferentes categorías proyectuales específicas, que al compilarse arrojan la sintesís de problemáticas, conflictos, potencialidades y fortalezas que posteriormente, permiten el planteamiendo del Modelo de Ocupación “PEREIRA, PARAÍSO NATURAL Y CÍVICO, Engranajes de sociedad ríos y Cultura”, el cual, se aborda desde la noción de “visión sistémica” con el fin de proyectar la ciudad como un gran sistema urbano, conformado a partir de la interacción de diferentes sistemas que tienen la capacidad de actuar o funcionar de forma independiente. A lo largo del documento, se particulariza cada vez más, el nivel de intervención de ciudad proyectado a lo largo del curso, entendiendo el planteamiento como un proceso secuencial que deriva diferentes fases de propuesta: Modelo de ocupación y Sistemas de ciuda, proyectos estratégicos, plan piloto y proyecto arquitectónico puntual; cada uno de estos pasos aporta en conjunto e individualmente a la construcción de Pereira como paraíso natural y cívico. ABSTRACT: This document presents a planning project for the urban area of the city of Pereira, carried out in the optional "strategic project planning for a new city". The process of analysis, diagnosis and proposal is carried out under a methodological process that conceives and intervenes the city 8 from the general areas to the individuals, starting with an urban historical analysis from the perspective of different specific project categories, which compile the synthesis of Problems, conflicts, potentialities and strengths that later, allow the raising of the Occupation Model "PEREIRA, NATURAL AND CIVIC PARADISE, Gears of society rivers and Culture", which, is approached from the notion of "systemic vision" in order to project the city as a large urban system, formed from the interaction of different systems that have the ability to act or operate independently.
