Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2011La empresa Attos cocinas es una organización que requiere cambios en su planificación y en la disposición de sus tareas para realizar un trabajo productivo y responsable, con mejores logros al interior de la empresa y con mejor proyección, tanto con la organización como con los clientes para quienes trabaja en su mejor producto. En su proceso productivo se presentan bastantes fallas cuyas soluciones se encuentran en medidas sencillas, para ello se acude al diseño de un plan de desarrollo del sistema de información planificación y control que abarca soluciones para cada dependencia que conforma la organización, Además de pretender dar orden al interior de la organización, también se pretende corresponder al cliente con un seguimiento al producto por él adquirido, de manera que se analiza en las características de la materia prima y del proceso al que se somete cada material que conforma el producto. /Abstract: The company Attos kitchens is an organization that requires changes in its planning and the readiness of their tasks to perform productive work and responsibility, with better achievements within the company and with better projection, both with the organization and with customers those who should and who works at its best product. In its production rocess are quite a few flaws in the solutions are simple measures of commitment and responsibility, this will come to the design of a development plan of the information system that includes planning and control solutions for each unit that makes up the organization, showing a more responsible to the customer.
