Arcila Salgado, EstefaniaCastañeda Salazar, Marisol2019-08-29T19:37:19Z2019-08-29T19:37:19Z2018-06-15DDMIIND100http://hdl.handle.net/10785/5467Trabajo de grado (Ingeniero Industrial) - Universidad Católica de Pereira, Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Ingeniería Industrial, Pereira, 2018Observando el crecimiento considerable del número de personas que practican ciclismo recreativo se ha tenido una idea de negocio, para ello se ha realizado el presente proyecto de grado, este tiene como objeto determinar la viabilidad para la puesta en marcha de una empresa que brinda asistencia tanto médica como técnica a personas que practican ciclismo recreativo en la ciudad de Pereira, para ello, se plantean cuatro (4) objetivos específicos necesarios para determinar elementos esenciales en el entorno económico propio del proyecto. a partir de lo anterior, se realiza un estudio de mercados para identificar los diferentes aspectos influyentes en el medio, entre estos, se encuentra el comportamiento histórico de la oferta y la demanda, además también se define la demanda insatisfecha existente entre las empresas de seguros; posteriormente se realiza un análisis técnico que permite determinar aspectos claves en cuanto a inversión necesaria para la creación de la empresa y asuntos administrativos que abarcan los manuales de funciones para especificar las actividades a realizar por cada persona dentro de la organización, conjuntamente se lleva a cabo el estudio pertinente para constituir legalmente la organización orientada hacia un sostenimiento ambiental, en este orden de ideas, finalmente se ejecuta el estudio financiero para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto, para ello se desarrollan los indicadores matemático-financieros que permiten determinar la viabilidad del negocio desde el punto de vista del inversionista, al establecerse las proyecciones financieras en el horizonte de evaluación de cinco (5) años. ABSTRACT: Observing the considerable growth in the number of people who practice recreational cycling, we have had a business idea, for which the present degree project has been carried out, this has as object to determine the viability for the start-up of a company that provides assistance both medical as a technique to people who practice recreational cycling in the city of Pereira, for this purpose, four (4) specific objectives are considered necessary to determine essential elements in the economic environment of the project. Based on the above, a market study is carried out to identify the different influential aspects in the environment, among these is the historical behavior of supply and demand, as well as the unsatisfied demand among insurance companies; Subsequently, a technical analysis is carried out to determine key aspects in terms of investment necessary for the creation of the company and administrative matters that include the function manuals to specify the activities to be carried out by each person within the organization, jointly carried out the relevant study to legally establish the organization oriented towards environmental sustainability, in this order of ideas, the financial study is finally carried out to determine the viability of the project, for which mathematical-financial indicators are developed to determine the viability of the business from the investor's point of view, when the financial projections are established in the five (5) year evaluation horizon.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
