De esta manera se realizó un análisis del discurso identificando las creencias, estereotipos y prejuicios que tuvieron de esta problemática. Los fiscales resaltan que de acuerdo a la edad del menor podrían ser manipulados, y que son vulnerables frente a este tipo de casos. Los resultados demuestran que, según las percepciones de los fiscales, existen factores culturales y educativos relacionados a estratos socioeconómicos que tienen efecto sobre la causa del abuso sexual infantil, también se encontró que existe culpabilización hacia la víctima dejando de lado el rol del agresor, lo cual podría estar obstaculizando la judicialización de estos casos. Abstract: With the present investigation we intended to carry out a qualitative study with a descriptive scope, and phenomenological design through a semi-structured interview whose objective was to identify the social perception of sexual abuse in minors of a sample of 11 prosecutors in different cities of Colombia. In this way, a discourse analysis was carried out identifying the beliefs, stereotypes and prejudices that they had of this problem. Prosecutors emphasize that according to the minor's age they could be manipulated, and that they are vulnerable to this type of cases. The results show that according to the perceptions of the prosecutors, there are cultural and educational factors related to socio-economic strata that have an effect on the cause of ASI cases. In addition, there is guilt towards the victim leaving aside the role of the aggressor, which could be hindering the prosecution of these cases.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
