Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019El presente trabajo investigativo se interesa por conocer ¿cómo es la autoridad que ejercen las familias de las niñas que viven en el Hogar Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles?, teniendo en cuenta que es la familia la principal responsable de articular al individuo y a la sociedad, lo que hace necesario indagar sobre las prácticas de autoridad desde su interior, para posibilitar reflexiones en torno al mejoramiento de las pautas de crianza tendientes a transformar la vida de las niñas en su proceso relacional con su entorno y la sociedad, e igualmente con la intención de favorecer la convivencia diaria en el manejo de actitudes de rebeldía y desacato a las normas establecidas en el Hogar Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles al igual que fortalecer el trabajo en pro de ello con los acudientes de las niñas. Por medio de la metodología de investigación de tipo etnográfico se logró la aproximación al entorno familiar de 10 de las 13 niñas, realizándose la observación y direccionando el análisis autores como Flórez (1995), García (2003), Castillo (2003), Comellas (2008), y Méndez (2012), quienes sintetizan y orientan la comprensión de familia, pautas de crianza y autoridad.This investigative work is interested in knowing how the authority exercised by the families of the girls living in the Our Lady of The Angels Home,, bearing in mind that it is the family that is primarily responsible for articulating the individual and society , which makes it necessary to investigate the practices of authority from within,, to enable reflections on improving parenting patterns aimed at transforming girls' lives into their relational process with their environment and society, and also with the intention of promoting daily coexistence in the management of attitudes of rebellion and contempt of the standards set out in the Home Our Lady of the Angels as well as strengthening the work for it with the girls' aquelists.
