El desarrollo de esta propuesta, se estructura a partir del cambio de uso, temporalidad y estrategias para mejorar el confort y seguridad social; buscando solucionar problemáticas descubiertas tras el análisis sectorial, en procura de generar una mejor calidad de vida al habitante urbano en el centro de la ciudad. Abstract: The urban proposal " PAR ROAD " was conceived in the sector located between career 7th and 8th contained in the historic center of the city of Pereira , which due to its high quality deficits and treatment of spatiality to the user , it was necessary make a planning intervention to prioritize pedestrian traffic flow on , and thus establish a route that ensures optimal connection and functionality of pedestrian axis and the three major parks such as Lago Uribe Uribe , Plaza de Bolivar y Park de la libertad through a change of use , timing and strategies to improve comfort and social security.
