Los cuales no cuentan con las condiciones aptas para el aprendizaje sobre la música y sus bailes típicos. Este proyecto incentiva a no perder sus raíces culturales, a generar nuevos grupos de baile locales, y nuevas orquestas musicales las cuales van a ir potencializando el desarrollo de Mompox. /Abstract: This degree work is part of the project carried out by the elective in Project and Memory 2019 -2020, in this case on an individual level an urban project is proposed in Mompox, Bolívar within the framework of urban action unit that represents the architectural memory of the place, having as a purpose a cultural facility in search of solving the existing housing adversities in the town of Mompox, specifically in the perimeter of the albarrada neighborhood el socorro. Which do not have the suitable conditions for learning about music and its typical dances. This project encourages not to lose its cultural roots, to generate new local dance groups, and new musical orchestras which are going to potentiate the development of Mompox.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
