Asimismo, la decisión de iniciar un proceso de internacionalización debe ser soportada con estudios que permitan disminuir la incertidumbre, pues esta decisión, como todas las demás, conlleva a beneficios, pero también supone grandes riesgos para la organización, en este caso, la empresa cuenta con un producto de excelente calidad, con características de valor agregado que hace ser un producto totalmente exótico e innovador. Para cumplir con este objetivo fue necesario hacer una evaluación objetiva acerca de las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades (FODA) en todas las áreas de la organización defendiendo las ventajas competitivas y su origen. Posteriormente, se seleccionaron los mercados potenciales y se evaluaron las ventajas que ofrecía cada uno de ellos, y así poder identificar el mercado objetivo. Se analizaron en esta investigación el acuerdo comercial, las normas, regulaciones e información complementaria, la cual se utilizó para la creación de las estrategias de entrada y poder planear adecuadamente la forma de operar para acceder al mercado estadounidense. Abstract: The export plan of embroidered blouses for women of the company Juliana Grisales ® in the United States, it intends to take advantage of the tools and conditions that the national government offer to those in the fashion - clothing system sector in order to bring the company closer to the commercial environment with international focus. On the other hand, the decision to initiate an internationalization process must be supported with studies to reduce uncertainty, since this decision, like all others, brings benefits but also entails great risks for organizations To achieve this objective, it was necessary to make an objective assessment of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (SOWT) in all areas of the organization, defending the competitive advantages and their origin. Subsequently, the potential markets were selected, and the advantages offered by each of them were evaluated, and thus the target market could be identified.
