Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019Siendo la comunicación parte del centro neurálgico de las organizaciones, varios expertos coinciden en la necesidad de medirla o diagnosticarla y planearla adecuadamente, con el fin de generar estrategias comunicativas, tanto internas, como externas, que lleven a la organización al logro de sus objetivos. Sin embargo, algunos especialistas coinciden en reconocer la necesidad de recolectar información previa que guíe la toma de decisiones y enrute la elaboración de los diagnósticos y planes. Por ello, la investigación que se detalla en este artículo se enfocó en la elaboración de una herramienta de prediagnóstico, condensada en un formato que fue revisado, corregido y reestructurado por 15 expertos entre comunicadores y psicólogos, colombianos y mejicanos, a través de la aplicación del Método Panel Delphi que se realiza a través de encuentros denominados rondas. Como resultado se consolidó un formato de prediagnóstico al que se le denominó PRECOM, el cual actúa como herramienta útil para recolectar información importante que, posteriormente, servirá en la toma de decisiones del comunicador a la hora de enfrentar un proceso de consultoría en comunicación organizacional.Being the communication part of the nerve center of the organizations, several experts agree on the need to measure, diagnose it and plan it properly, in order to generate internal and external communication strategies that lead the organization to achieve its objectives. However, some specialists agree to recognize the need to collect previous information that guides the decision-making and routes the development of diagnoses and plans. Therefore, the research detailed in this article is focused on the development of a pre-diagnostic tool, condensed in a format that was reviewed, corrected and restructured by 15 experts between communicators and psychologists, Colombians and Mexicans, through the application of the “Delphi Panel Method” that is carried out through meetings called rounds.
