La educación es un acto el cual no es responsabilidad única del docente; en el acto educativo deben involucrarse otros agentes escolares y la comunidad en general, además, debe prepararse sistemáticamente y deben integrarse elementos curriculares, pedagógicos, didácticos, evaluativos y de proyección social, lo cual exige identificar las diversas necesidades de los estudiantes y la realidad vivida dentro del aula, de manera que la planeación y la formación del docente pueda responder satisfactoriamente a la problemática encontrada. Este trabajo presenta el informe sobre la práctica pedagógica integradora XV y XVI Docencia Integradora, en la asignatura de educación religiosa escolar en el Colegio Seminario Redentorista de Manizales durante todo el año 202 2, con su experiencia, aprendizajes, impacto y recomendaciones para el docente, así como una propuesta pedagógica de clases planeadas dentro de la unidad temática de la comunidad en el grado octavo. abstract:Education is an act which is not the sole responsibility of the teacher; other school agents and the community in general must be involved in the educational act, in addition, it must be prepared systematically and curricular, pedagogical, didactic, evaluative and social projection elements must be integrated, which requires identifying the diverse needs of the students and the reality lived within the classroom, so that the planning and training of the teacher can respond satisfactorily to the problems encountered.
