Pereira, 2021.El sector agropecuario en Colombia, a lo largo de la historia, se ha visto como uno de los sectores más olvidados por el gobierno pese a su importancia en el ámbito económico y cultural. Este sector en particular, presenta condiciones atrasadas, así como poco competitivas, aun teniendo una gran variedad de productos para ofrecer y grandes extensiones de tierras fértiles, no han permitido que el sector obtenga un mayor grado de relevancia en la economía nacional. El presente trabajo pretende evidenciar el procesos de internacionalización del sector agrícola, así como, las diversas causas y factores por los cuales, el sector, atraviesa esta precaria situación a nivel de competitividad, tanto a nivel local como internacional. Con la finalidad de contextualizar a los lectores sobre los distintos acontecimientos que a atravesado el sector de la agricultura y comprendan mas a profundidad las problemáticas o dificultades que atraviesa. Abstract: The agricultural sector in Colombia, throughout history, has been one of the sectors most neglected by the government despite its importance in the economic and cultural sphere. This sector in particular, presents backward conditions, as well as little competitive, even having a great variety of products to offer and large extensions of fertile land, have not allowed the sector to obtain a greater degree of relevance in the national economy. This document aims to show the processes of internationalization of the agricultural sector, as well as the various causes and factors by which the sector is going through this precarious situation at the level of competitiveness, both locally and internationally.
