En cuanto al diseño metodológico es una investigación cualitativa de tipo de experimental con un diseño transversal y a su vez descriptiva, la técnica de recolección de información utilizada fue la entrevista semi estructurada la cual se aplicó a las ocho empresas del clúster involucradas en el proyecto. Se llegó a la conclusión de que es un proyecto que tiene grandes ventajas competitivas con respecto a su entorno, sin embargo, tiene falencias las cuales en necesario mejorar.In the present research work, a strategic analysis of the environment was carried out with the five forces of Porter, the PESTLE analysis and the SWOT matrix of the specialized firefighter manufacturing and marketing Project, formulated by the Cluster textile confección Juntos Eje of the city of Pereira.
