From this understanding, the article goes on to seek to articulate the concepts of technological democracy and citizen participation in the Colombian case, based on reflections made by Eduard Aibar and Miguel Ángel Quintanill regarding the former, and by Fabio Velasquez and Esperanza González concerning the latter.El texto que a continuación se ofrece es el primer avance de carácter teórico derivado de la investigación “Participación Ciudadana en las fases de planeación, gestión y ejecución del proyecto Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo/Megabús en el Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente”. Busca presentar los insumos que como producto del proceso investigativo van perfilando la apuesta teórica del proyecto de investigación.
