Se busca principalmente entregar un proyecto que satisfaga las necesidades de los turistas, proporcionando siempre una relación de calidad-precio, implementando de gran manera medidas eco - sostenibles que generen calidad en los espacios y que por medio de un proyecto arquitectónico sostenible y técnico se puedan solucionar problemáticas sociales como lo sería la estancia de los turistas en el sector. Para la generación de espacios sostenibles se debe definir las necesidades de los usuarios al visitar el lugar, para la entrega de un adecuado diseño se debe determinar diferentes indicadores los cuales permitan plantear de forma eficaz un modelo arquitectónico que garanticen el desarrollo adecuado del mismo. Dentro de la vivienda eco-turística, se constituye como uno de los elementos claves en la construcción de los destinos, la sostenibilidad para estas zonas, como lo son la vivienda en espacios naturales, además se convierte en un aspecto fundamental cuando se habla de un sector el cual posee diferente problemáticas, Turísticas, sociales, entre otras; esto quiere decir que el proyecto debe responder de una manera física a las problemáticas expuestas en el trabajo de campo , cumpliendo con la normativa vigente que rige el sector a intervenir , cumpliendo con índices , áreas de sesión , retiros , alturas y suelos de protección que se presenten en el área de intervención , sin dejar atrás la técnica de materialidades sostenibles y tecnologías innovadoras. Abstract: The main objective of this work is to propose a housing project based on "tourist housing" in a lot chosen as a result of an analysis of the requirements, which is located in Vereda Cocora, Valle del Cocora, Quindío. The main aim is to deliver a project that meets the needs of tourists, always offer a quality-price ratio, implementing eco-sustainable measures that generate quality in the spaces and that, through a sustainable and technical architectural project, can be implemented. solve social problems such as the stay of tourists in the sector. For the generation of sustainable spaces, the needs of the users must be defined when visiting the place, for the delivery of an adequate design, different indicators must be determined which effectively carry out an architectural model that guarantee its adequate development.
