Pereira 2023El artículo presenta los detalles del diseño de una ecovivienda rural bioclimática. El objetivo general fue diseñar una vivienda bioclimática sostenible para la zona rural de Agua de Dios Cundinamarca, utilizando recursos climáticos y características del predio y de la región, para fomentar una cultura de autogestión enfocada al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los moradores. Para el diseño de la vivienda bioclimática, usando Archicad, se proyectó un aprovechamiento sustentable de los recursos naturales, ligado a la menor afectación posible de los ecosistemas existentes. Se presenta un análisis de vientos, sombras y radiación y, sobre esto, se definen los materiales de protección solar y se estructuran los renders que detallan las características arquitectónicas. El diseño se amolda a restricciones presupuestales, pero conservando condiciones de confort y elegancia, exigencias de planeación municipal, disponibilidad de servicios públicos, necesidades de quienes la habitarán y las condiciones geográficas, topográficas y textura del suelo. Abstract:The paper provides the details of the design of a bioclimatic rural eco-housing. The overall objective was to design a sustainable bioclimatic house for the rural area of Agua de Dios Cundinamarca, by using climatic resources and characteristics of the property and the region, in order to promote a culture of self-management focused on improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. To design the bioclimatic house, using Archicad, a sustainable use of natural resources was projected, linked to the least possible impact on the existing ecosystems. An analysis of winds, shadows, and radiation is presented and, on this basis, the solar protection materials are defined and the renderings which detail the architectural characteristics are structured. This design is molded to budget restrictions while preserving conditions of comfort and elegance, municipal planning requirements, availability of public services, the needs of those who will inhabit it, and the geographic, topographic, and textural conditions of the soil.Ingresar Universidad Católica de Pereira.
