Para el desarrollo de esta, se realizaron investigaciones sobre diferentes variables para el estudio del mercado al cual se desea llegar. Para la recolección de datos, se realizaron diferentes investigaciones de competitividad del producto a con empresas italianas y empresas nacionales sobre el conocimiento del formato IQF y como es su forma de negociación. Logrando identificar aquellas las fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades que tiene el sector en los diferentes territorios, a través de estrategias de recolección de estos y encuestas a las empresas relacionadas./ Abstract: The purpose of this project was to investigate the feasibility of an export of pineapple in IQF format to Italy for One Fresh S.A., so that they could obtain a response on a possible export of pineapple to Italy in IQF format, and had a field in which there is great demand for Colombian fruit. For the development of this, research was carried out on different variables for the study of the market to which one wishes to reach. Fort he collection of data, different reasearch on product competitiveness was carried out with Italian and National companies on the knowledge of the IQF format and how it is negotiated.
