Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.El presente artículo de investigación está enfocado a comprender los sentidos subjetivos frente a la agencialidad de una persona diagnostica con Síndrome de Asperger (SA) en la ciudad de Pereira. En este artículo se problematiza el concepto de discapacidad y el papel del entorno social en la producción de los sujetos diagnosticados con SA como seres humanos con agencia, lo anterior abordado a partir de los conceptos de neurodiversidad, diversidad funcional y capacitismo. Es una investigación realizada desde el paradigma de investigación cualitativo y desarrollada por medio del método fenomenológico. Se realizaron entrevistas individuales en profundidad, permitiendo conocer cómo el individuo diagnosticado con SA se posiciona frente a la sociedad y la forma como esta los significa. Dentro de los hallazgos del estudio se encuentra cómo el participante principal desde su singularidad propone de una construcción de agencialidad y cómo dicha construcción esta mediada de forma directa por la forma en cómo el sujeto es visibilizado por el otro dentro del medio cultural en el que se desenvuelve. Posibilitando de esta forma un proceso de resignificación del concepto de agencialidad que no busca eliminar la condición del sujeto, sino dar cuenta de formas diversas de construirse. / Abstract: The present research article is focused on understanding the subjective senses in front of the agency of a person diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (AS) in the city of Pereira. In this article, the concept of disability and the role of the social environment in the production of subjects diagnosed with SA as human beings with agency are problematized, this being addressed from the concepts of neurodiversity, functional diversity and ambleism. Individual interviews were conducted in depth, allowing to know how the individual diagnosed with SA is positioned in front of the society and the way it means them.
