Scrum Agile Institute es una empresa enfocada en la venta de certificaciones en el marco de trabajo ágil Scrum. El proceso de adquisición de clientes y de venta del servicio, se realiza a través de los canales digitales con los que cuenta la empresa como el sitio web y las redes sociales. El objetivo de este estudio de caso es, a través de un estudio de Benchmarking, conocer cuáles son las estrategias de marketing digital que implementan las empresas que ofertan formación virtual y su comportamiento en el entorno digital. Abstract: Currently, most companies, independent of the sector, are faced with the need to implement digital marketing processes to reach new potential customers and thus generate an increase in sales. Scrum Agile Institute is a company focused on the sale of certifications within the agile Scrum framework. The process of acquiring customers and selling the service, is done through digital channels with what the company has as the website and social networks.
