Pereira, 2012Para cualquier empresa manufacturera, es indispensable contar con herramientas y espacios de ayuden a desarrollar las diferentes actividades de la cadena productiva considerando como punto principal al operario, en donde este desarrollo de actividades se realicen eficiente, correcta, saludable y oportunamente; que generen un muy buen ambiente laboral. Actualmente esta ausencia de diferentes tipos se presente en la manipulación de productos en forja arquitectónica al momento de ser empacados ya que se considera el último paso para su exportación teniendo así un alistamiento del producto en donde se le instalan fundiciones, retoques de pintura y se cubre con un material delicado que proteja los puntos críticos del producto, de estas tareas anteriormente nombradas, realizadas manualmente, se presentan riesgos laborales no identificados ni atendidos, se desarrolla con la ayuda de la formación del diseño industrial un puesto de trabajo para el empaque de productos en forja que suple las diferentes necesidades de la cadena productiva y principalmente del usuario siendo este el más afectado./Abstract : For any manufacturing company, are indispensable tools and spaces to help develop the various activities of the supply chain as main point considering the operator, where the development activities are conducted efficiently, properly, healthy and timely, that generate a very good working environment. Currently this absence of different types are present in the handling of the architectural forge when packed as it is considered the last step for export and thus have a recruitment product where you installed foundries, paint touch ups and cover with a delicate material that protects the critical points of the product, previously named these tasks, performed manually, occupational hazards are not identified or addressed, is developed with the help of the formation of industrial design a job for product packaging forge that meets the different needs of the supply chain and user mainly being the most affected.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
