El tema central del curso fue hacer la renovación urbana de un sector de Pereira denominado EGOYA, donde se hace una propuesta urbana de la cual salen unos proyectos puntuales, los cuales se va a desarrollar en parejas. El documento consiste en describir cada actividad que se desarrolla en el semestre, mostrando la pertinencia y el ciclo que genera a lo largo del proceso. Estas actividades son: Análisis Urbano por medio de las Categorías Proyectuales Rápidos, Estudios de Caso y entregas. El proyecto a desarrollar va a ser Multifamiliares y como propuesta volumétrica Equipamientos Colectivos, el cual desarrolle con el Compañero David López / Abstract: This document condenses the work done throughout the semester online shop X, which shows the process that was held in the semester. The central theme of the course was to do urban renewal in a sector called Pereira Egoya, where an urban proposal which point out a few projects, which will develop in pairs. The document is to describe each activity that develops in the first half, showing the relevance and the cycle that generated throughout the process.
