Mediante el desarrollo de diferentes etapas que permiten comprender el territorio desde diferentes aspectos, como el crecimiento desmesurado que ha tenido la ciudad a lo largo del tiempo debido a los asentamientos informales, en este caso los asentamientos en la comuna Villa Santana; identificando que su mayor parte de habitantes son comunidades vulnerables, a casusa del desplazamiento forzado; esta es la mayor problemática que afecta a la comunidad, puesto que se han visto obligados a abandonar sus lugares de origen. De esta forma, el enfoque de este trabajo es plantear un prototipo de vivienda emergente, pensado en la comunidad vulnerable que habita en el barrio Tokio de la ciudad de Pereira, que permita ser desarrollado de forma versátil y temporal. This project presents a possible proposal for an emerging housing intervention in response to the situation of forced displacement due to the armed conflict, for the vulnerable population of the Tokio neighborhood in the city of Pereira. Through the development of different stages that allow understanding the territory from different aspects, such as the excessive growth that the city has had over time due to informal settlements, in this case the settlements in the Villa Santana neighborhood; identifying that most of its inhabitants are vulnerable communities, due to forced displacement; this is the biggest problem affecting the community, since they have been forced to leave their places of origin.
