Cardona Villegas, Mariana2021-07-29T20:21:58Z2021-07-29T20:21:58Z2021-07-06http://hdl.handle.net/10785/8286Articulo de investigación (Psicología), Faculta de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2021Resumen: El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo describir la percepción de un grupo de deportistas universitarios respecto a los efectos psicológicos que ha tenido el confinamiento, para esto se utilizó el paradigma de investigación cualitativa, específicamente desde el enfoque fenomenológico. Se entrevistó de manera individual a 5 deportistas universitarios a través del programa de google meet. Se transcribieron las entrevistas y se realizó un análisis descriptivo del contenido de las respuestas construyendo categorías. Los principales resultados tiene relación con a.-la categoría ansiedad y b.- la categoría confinamiento, se concluye que el confinamiento tiene efectos psicológicos en la vida de los deportistas evidenciando que durante la pandemia los deportistas experimentaron el sentimiento de ansiedad acompañado de cambios fisiológicos. Abstract: The present study aimed to describe the perception of a group of university athletes regarding the psychological effects that the confinement, for this the qualitative research paradigm was used, specifically from the phenomenological approach. 5 college athletes through the google meet program. The interviews and a descriptive analysis of the content of the responses was carried out, constructing categories.
