Pereira, 2021Resumen Existen dificultades para acceder a información sobre las diferentes iniciativas de exportación de café, en particular aquella vinculada con los Planes de Exportación y su efecto sobre el éxito o fracaso de iniciativas puntuales. El acceso a esta información constituye un obstáculo para la comprensión de las dinámicas de la economía internacional del café y también se convierte en un síntoma de la enfermedad anti-exportadora en Colombia y en Risaralda. Abstract There are difficulties in accessing information on the different coffee export initiatives, in particular that related to the Export Plans and their effect on the success or failure of specific initiatives.
