Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2023En este trabajo se expone ¿Cómo por medio de los atributos de sostenibilidad se resuelven algunas problemáticas en un lugar determinado? La problemática general del lugar, La Virginia, Risaralda, es: “viviendas en riesgo por remoción de masa e inundación”. Por lo tanto, el análisis del componente ambiental permite definir desde antes de la experiencia del habitante, cómo se va a comportar su vivienda; por ejemplo: durante el fenómeno de la niña. De igual forma se realiza en el Municipio de la Virginia, el cual cuenta con gran afectación del suelo urbano y una parte de la población se encuentra asentada de manera informal en zonas de alto riesgo, lo que hace que se haga un proceso de reubicación. Se utiliza la herramienta del diseño paramétrico como método y proceso de este proyecto, ya que, pues logra analizar por mediante datos la mejor respuesta en términos de sostenibilidad y comportamientos del entorno. Además, apoyándose en el concepto de procesos emergentes; desde el método de diseño computacional, se ubica la investigación sobre los procesos emergentes y sistemas complejos que nos permite indagar y experimentar la arquitectura en adaptabilidad y optimización de un objeto arquitectónico. Posteriormente, se realiza una “propuesta arquitectónica” que logre la reubicación de asentamientos informales del municipio La Virginia, Risaralda, que se encuentran en riesgo y así: “desarrollar una propuesta que dé respuesta a las necesidades básicas de habitabilidad para los habitantes de la zona, teniendo en cuenta los atributos de sostenibilidad en el objeto arquitectónico. Convirtiendo las problemáticas que se mencionan al principio en oportunidades, mediante el implemento de la herramienta de diseño paramétrico para obtener mejores resultados, desarrollando los procesos emergentes como concepto de diseño, para dar adaptabilidad al objeto y entender cómo se comporta en el lugar. / Abstract: This paper shows how sustainability attributes can be used to solve some problems in a given place. The general problem of the place, La Virginia, Risaralda, is: "housing at risk due to landslides and floods". Therefore, the analysis of the environmental component makes it possible to define, before the inhabitant's experience, how his house will behave; for example, during the phenomenon of the "niña". Similarly, it is carried out in the Municipality of La Virginia, which has a great urban land affectation and part of the population is informally settled in high-risk areas, which makes a relocation process necessary. The parametric design tool is used as a method and process of this project, since it manages to analyze through data the best response in terms of sustainability and environmental behaviors. In addition, relying on the concept of emergent processes; from the computational design method, the research on emergent processes and complex systems that allows us to investigate and experience the architecture in adaptability and optimization of an architectural object is located. Subsequently, an "architectural proposal" that achieves the relocation of informal settlements in the municipality of La Virginia, Risaralda, which are at risk and thus: "develop a proposal that responds to the basic needs of habitability for the inhabitants of the area, taking into account the attributes of sustainability in the architectural object.
