Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.El presente artículo de investigación describe las narraciones de cinco jóvenes deportistas de alto rendimiento referente a su proceso de socialización en el espacio deportivo; analizando específicamente como ellos han vivenciado los procesos de interiorización, exteriorización y la influencia que han recibido por parte de los agentes socializadores. Generalmente, en los resultados se halla que los tres procesos se ven desde una misma óptica, en donde el deportista ingresa al medio deportivo en la mayoría de ocasiones por la familia (agentes socializadores), en ese momento a través de la asimilación, la voluntad, y la estrategia personal interioriza las normas del entrenamiento (Interiorización) posteriormente, después de aprender, entrenar y repetir, finalmente en la competencia o desenvolvimiento social muestra de forma habitual un comportamiento normativo y competitivo propio de la práctica deportiva.\ Abstract: This research article describes the narrations of five young high performance athletes regarding their process of socialization in the sports space; analyzing specifically how they have experienced the processes of internalization, externalization and the influence they have received from the socializing agents. Generally in the results it is found that the three processes are viewed from the same perspective, where the athlete enters the sports environment in most cases by the family (socializing agents), at that time through assimilation, the will, and the personal strategy internalizes the rules of training, (Interiorization) later after learning, training and repeating, finally in the competition or social development shows in a natural way a normative and competitive behavior characteristic of sports practice.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
