Este libro servirá de apoyo a estudiantes, docentes, arquitectos, constructores que estén interesados en obtener conocimientos sobre este tema legal y así mismo conocer y analizar las diferentes etapas a desarrollar dentro del documento. / Abstract: This paper aims to contribute and create concern about the realization of a project, as with a single idea can build a building, as a thought becomes a reality, and also a look at the legal field, regulations referring to the project as such and also taking into account the various decrees and regulations governing the process of building the country.
