El aspecto principal en el cual se trabajó estos cinco (05) meses fue el proceso de revisión y ajuste del esquema de ordenamiento territorial del municipio de La Celia, para el cual se realizó una memoria justificativa que es el documento principal para este tipo procesos administrativos donde se explican aspectos como la necesidad, la conveniencia y el propósito de dicha revisión al EOT municipal. El ajuste al EOT se realiza con el objetivo de hacer una modificación a la zona de expansión municipal la cual no es apta para los procesos de desarrollo urbano que el municipio está adelantando, por lo tanto se busca ampliar el suelo de expansión municipal y como justificación normativa y técnica se exponen todos los aspectos que dan cuenta del porque es necesario dicho proceso. Actualmente ya existen propuestas de vivienda de interés social para ocupar la futura zona de expansión municipal por esto la primera instancia y por supuesto la más importante es la normativa y posteriormente aspectos técnicos tanto urbanos como arquitectónicos serán analizados. Una tercera y última etapa dentro de este informe contemplaría la exposición de otros ejes de intervención que fueron abordados en este periodo ya que el trabajo en una entidad pública como es una alcaldía municipal con lleva a que la diversidad de tareas a desempeñar sea muy amplia por lo tanto se hará una breve reseña de otras funciones ejecutadas. / Abstract: This work was carried out in several stages that were part of the process of practice at the City Hall of La Celia, Risaralda, describing and analyzing them to link all the components that make up the main axis of intervention to which this internship revolved around. The main aspect in which it was worked during five (05) months was the process of reviewing and adjusting the land use plan of the municipality of La Celia, thus an explanatory report was made because this is the main document for these administrative procedures which explain such things as the necessity, convenience and purpose of this review to the municipal EOT. The adjustment to the EOT is carried out with the aim of making an amendment to the municipal development area which is not suitable for urban development processes that the Municipality is conducting itself, therefore aims to increase the area of municipal expansion ground and as a justification, technical regulations and all aspects are presented that account for this process that is necessary. There are already proposals for social housing to fill future municipal expansion area and this is the first instance and of course the most important is the regulatory and technical aspects and later on both urban and architectural will be analyzed. A third and final stage in this report will display other areas of intervention which were carried out as well because the work in a public entity such as a municipal city hall leads to a diversity of tasks to perform which are very broad, therefore a briefing will be provide as a review of other executive functions.
