Pereira, 2020Las diferentes formas de crecimiento informal se configuran el espacio en zonas como periferias, intersticios, bordes urbanos, y bordes de río, y en el caso en suelo no urbanizables, son la consecuencia de la transformación física del territorio en el tiempo. Donde se han producido nuevas formas urbanas a través de procesos de crecimiento informal que condicionan lo morfológico y lo urbanístico, estas formas urbanas son materializadas mediante procesos de gestión y ejecución ya sean individuales o colectivos a través de la autoconstrucción dando lugar a crecimiento de manera dispersa y continua. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar las formas de crecimiento urbano que han configurado el barrio Caracol la Curva en los últimos años. Se implementa una metodología cualitativa, utilizando técnicas e instrumentos de investigación dirigidas a recoger, registrar y digitalizar la información requerida en el barrio y en cada una de las 6 manzanas que sectoriza el barrio Caracol la Curva, obteniendo como resultado las planimetrías, gráficos, fotografía, requeridos para el análisis e interpretación respondiendo a cada uno de los objetivos específicos y general. / Abstract:The different forms of informal growth configure the space in areas such as peripheries, interstices, urban edges, and river edges, and in the case of non-urbanizable land, they are the consequence of the physical transformation of the territory over time. Where new urban forms have been produced through informal growth processes that condition the morphological and urban, these urban forms are materialized through management and execution processes, either individual or collective through self-construction, giving rise to growth in a dispersed manner. and continues. The objective of this research is to identify the forms of urban growth that have shaped the Caracol la Curva neighborhood in recent years.
