Según la ONU esta industria produce más emisiones de carbono que todos los vuelos y envíos marítimos internacionales, produce hasta el 8% de gases de efecto invernadero a nivel mundial. El proceso de fabricación textil utiliza anualmente 93000 millones de metros cúbicos de agua, arrojando al mar cerca de medio millón de toneladas de microfibra. Adicionalmente, la industrialización ha dado paso a la creación de fibras a partir de compuestos químicos, cuyo proceso de fabricación necesita grandes cantidades de petróleo y energía y además libera sustancias orgánicas perjudiciales para salud. Por tal motivo, se plantea una solución al problema mediante la confección y comercialización de prendas de vestir para mujeres elaboradas con telas amigables con el medio ambiente.The following research work aims to provide an alternative solution to a problem presented in the fashion industry, which is directly related to its environmental impact, according to the UN this industry produces more carbon emissions than all International flights and maritime shipments, it also produce up to 8% of greenhouse gases worldwide. The textile manufacturing process uses 93,000 million cubic meters of water annually and throws about half a million tons of microfiber into the sea, which is a sum equivalent to 3 million barrels of oil in the sea. Finally, the heading that specifies industrialization has given way to the creation of fibers from chemical compounds, our manufacturing process that requires large amounts of oil and energy and also releases organic substances that are harmful to health.
