Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2011El proyecto de decimo semestre se basó en el Intersemestral que se realizó en Cartagena de indias, de arquitectura y patrimonio sostenible, en el cual se buscaba realizar un proyecto arquitectónico en el poblado de bocachica, con las determinantes de tener un edificio patrimonial cerca y tener que introducirlo funcionalmente a la propuesta arquitectónica, además se debía diseñar con materiales que no afectaran el ambiente ni la escala de la isla, y por último se requería hacer un proyecto que le sirviera a la comunidad, y con usos que no tuviera la isla.Para la realización de este proyecto se realizaron algunos recorridos por la ciudad de Cartagena con el fin de conocer las fortificaciones y los edificios patrimoniales importantes en la ciudad para reinterpretar elementos e incluirlos en el proyecto arquitectónico nuevo.También se realizaron unas clases teóricas las cuales nos enseñaban cuales eran los documentos a los que un arquitecto debía regirse para intervenir total o parcialmente un edificio de carácter patrimonial, al igual que las clases prácticas en donde nos enseñaban las técnicas constructivas que se usaron hace doscientos años en la construcción de las fortificaciones y como se debían de restaurar./ Abstract: The tenth semester project was based on Intersemestral held in Cartagena de Indias, heritage architecture and sustainable, which sought to make an architectural project in the town of bocachica, with the determinants of having a heritage building close and have functionally to enter the architectural proposal also should be designed with materials that do not affect the environment or the scale of the island, and finally required to do a project that will serve the community, and uses that do not have the island. To carry out this project made some trips around the city of Cartagena to meet the fortifications and important heritage buildings in the city to reinterpret elements and include them in the new architectural project.
