Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020.El presente artículo “Tejiendo sabores ancestrales”; posee un enfoque social que busca fortalecer y promover las capacidades, costumbres y procedimientos de la gastronomía y cultivos autóctonos de las mujeres Afrocolombianas, partiendo de las problemáticas ausencia de relación y comunicación con municipios cercanos, falta de oportunidades laborales para las mujeres afrodescendientes cabezas de hogar en Santa Cecilia y una desarticulación institucional por parte del estado que fortalezca la equidad de género y el rescate de la identidad cultural, así reducir el índice de pobreza e inequidad social. Conforme a lo anterior se genera como objetivo principal la recuperación y/o encarecimiento de la cultura gastronómica afrodescendiente tradicional y ancestral en el corregimiento mencionado anteriormente, debido a esto se genera un plan zonal y un escenario arquitectónico para el ordenamiento en la vereda el Silencio, formulando una propuesta de relocalización de huertas comunitarias en la vereda, realizando un trazado de redes de abastecimiento, distribución de agua de la vereda el Silencio en el área a intervenir; ampliando el perfil vial, por último la planeación y el ordenamiento de uso del suelo hacia una integridad del espacio público efectivo en la vereda el silencio de Santa Cecilia. A nivel metodológico, el proyecto es una investigación de carácter descriptivo y con enfoque cualitativo, teniendo como muestra la comunidad de mujeres afrodescendientes, se implementan como instrumentos las entrevistas semiestructuradas más la observación. Los resultados permitieron identificar las falencias en cuanto al manejo de desechos, la ubicación de las huertas, desconexión con otros municipios y veredas, dificultades económicas y divisiones sociales al interior de la comunidad. / Abstract: The present article "Weaving ancestral flavors"; has a social approach that seeks to strengthen and promote the capacities, customs and procedures of indigenous cuisine and crops of AfroColombian women, based on the problematic absence of relationship and communication with nearby municipalities, lack of job opportunities for Afro-descendant women heads of household in Santa Cecilia and an institutional disarticulation by the state that strengthens gender equality and the rescue of cultural identity and thus reduce the rate of poverty and social inequality. In accordance with the foregoing, the objective is to rescue and enhance the traditional and ancestral Afro-descendant gastronomic culture in the village, based on the generation of an architectural setting and zonal plan for development in the El Silencio village, taking into account a plan for the relocation of community gardens in the village, drawing up the supply and distribution networks of drinking water in the village of El Silencio in the area to be intervened; expand the road profile, and lastly, planning and ordering of land use towards an integrity of the effective public space in the village of El Silencio de Santa Cecilia. At a methodological level, the project is a descriptive research, qualitative approach, taking as a sample the community of Afro-descendant women, as instruments semi-structured interviews and observation are implemented.
