Para ello se tuvo en cuenta los significados, las creencias y actitudes de este tipo de poblaciones. La investigación se desarrolló la metodología del enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño de investigación fenomenológica y de alcance descriptivo. Los participantes del estudio fueron 10 personas víctimas del conflicto armado en situación de discapacidad física y 10 familiares víctimas; utilizando la entrevista a profundidad para recolectar la información deseada y analizadas a través de la categorización bajo criterio inductivo-deductivo por medio del programa de análisis de datos Atlas. Ti. Dentro de los resultados principales se encontraron con respecto a la categoría de conocimientos sobre el perdón, los participantes si bien han escuchado sobre el concepto por diferentes medios o han leído de él de manera breve en libros, revistas y periódicos, estos no cuentan con información detallada sobre esta capacidad del ser humano, sus implicaciones, beneficios, fases o demás conceptos que interactúan con la facilitación o no de este proceso de sanación psicoemocional y espiritual. Con respecto a las creencias, algunos participantes mencionaron no creer en el perdón ni en los diálogos de paz, dado que son víctimas directas por haber presenciado muertes, secuestros y agresiones fuertes en las que quedaron secuelas de tipo físico y psicológico. Finalmente, las actitudes hacia el perdón, se evidenció que esta situación produce distintos sentimientos negativos, en donde los que más predominaron fueron, el miedo, la tristeza, la frustración y algunos destacaron sentirse tranquilos y con esperanza de continuar sin recordar lo sucedido. El trabajo.The main objective of this study was to describe the social representations that victims of the armed conflict have in a situation of physical disability in the face of forgiveness reported in the Regional Center of Attention for Victims in the city of Sincelejo-Sucre. For this, the meanings, beliefs and attitudes of this type of population were taken into account. The research developed the methodology of the qualitative approach, with a phenomenological research design and descriptive scope.
