The methodology applied presented a quantitative approach, type of descriptive research. Using techniques for data collection through primary and secondary sources. The results describe the identification of variables that influence commercial management and the research process through the application of the DOFA matrix (Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats). The results of the work made it possible to demonstrate the qualification given in the attention to cash and speed in the requested service, interpersonal relationships between collaborators and associates, through the comparative table of business management strategies, selected tools are proposed to manage and manage business management activities, through the applications of the marketing mix.
