description El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el realizar un estado del arte con respecto a los principales sistemas y propuestas de cuantificación de cargas de entrenamiento (TL) en deportes de resistencia cíclica. En primer lugar, se expusieron los métodos propuestos para la cuantificación de la carga en función de la percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo. En segundo lugar, se presentaron los diferentes métodos encontrados en la bibliografía científica basados en variables fisiológicas. Finalmente, se presentó futuras aplicaciones prácticas sobre las posibilidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías ofertadas por el mercado, en lo que a la elaboración de nuevos sistemas de cuantificación de la TL se refiere.

Finalmente, se presentó futuras aplicaciones prácticas sobre las posibilidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías ofertadas por el mercado, en lo que a la elaboración de nuevos sistemas de cuantificación de la TL se refiere.The aim of this study was to make a state of the art regarding the main methods and purposes of training load (TL) quantification in endurance cyclic sports. Firstly, it was presented the methods for quantifying the TL based on the perceived exertion. Secondly, it was shown the different methods found in the scientific references which were based on physiological variables.
